Riverbank Apartments Sell in AntiochLiving Trust Buys 24-Unit Apartment Complex Cabrerea A&E Living Trust has purchased the 24-unit Riverbank Apartment complex at 33 E. 7th St. in Antioch, CA.
The Riverbank Apartments feature a total of 24 two bedroom/one bathroom units within 4 building. The complex totals 19,200 square feet on a 0.79-acre lot. The final sale price was not disclosed, however the asking price was $2.4 million or about $125 per square foot.
The sellers, Trembath Living Trust and McCabe Trust UDD, were represented by Shawn Willis of Income Property Services Inc. Thez Santos of TS Global Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
